Baymont by Wyndham Odessa

The atmosphere is fantastic! They have all the amenities you could want: a fitness center, business center, breakfast room, and coffee available around the clock. I have to share a little story from my business trip, though. When I arrived, my room door was already ajar, which was a bit odd. Then, when I hopped in the shower, there was a lot of hair—not mine—in the back corner. Yikes! Stepping out, I noticed even more clumps by the toilet. It was a little off-putting, to say the least. I found out later that the front desk lady was running the entire show by herself that day—checking in guests, cleaning rooms, everything! She was definitely doing her best under the circumstances. I even saw another couple come back down to the desk because the beds in their room weren't made. It sounds like it was a bit of a crazy day for the staff! Another thing, they say breakfast is at 6:00am. and it is. Timing of breakfast is huge for the working man on the road. So overall, great place. Would stay here again.

Received great customer service from check in to checkout! Room was large and bed comfortable. Thanks for everything! Hotel close to restaurants and shopping centers.

Would enjoy staying again! Easy to get to even if pulling a trailer with a pickup. Would be nice to have a bigger parking lot in case more vehicles with trailers are staying there at the same time. Rooms were very clean and smelled great upon walking in. Usual wear and tear marking on some of the furniture. Even the hallways had a pleasant smell. Internet worked well for what I needed. And the bed and pillows were soft comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and very welcoming.

Not much to complain about, except that the staff takes up a large portion of an already small dining area during breakfast time. Other than that the front desk staff member and Manager are very nice and helpful.

Our stay was only one night. When we checked in, the front desk was super nice. We used Hotels.com and they stated the hotel was brand new, it's not. The hotel was super clean, our room was small but cozy. They have coffee and tea available all night. The area is really nice. The parking was good. Breakfast was decent. The orange juice and apple juice tasted a bit watered down but overall decent. The Christmas decorations were really cute and inviting.

Rooms are older but maintain and cleaned very well. Staff does not stop cleaning and aiming to please guest front staff are excellent

The service was excellent. The front desk lady make it a great experience The manager has a policy for early arrival. 25.00 one hour 50.00 two hours three 75.00 you get it. So be on time exact.
